We are seeking a proactive Billing and Commercial Officer to support the delivery of accurate and timely billing services tailored to specific customer categories and scenarios.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Billing Lifecycle Management
  • Handling all aspects of billing across the customer lifecycle, including initial bills, automated billing, exception handling, and final billing
  • Supporting commercial and industrial (C&I) billing operations
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews of products, tariffs, customer accounts, and other relevant areas
  • Investigating and resolving specific issues or exceptions
Product and Tariff Audits
  • Managing monthly billing tasks for C&I customers
  • Maintaining the weekly C&I billing dashboard
  • Executing billing tasks for off-market customers and maintaining the associated off-market dashboard
  • Overseeing mass market billing activities, including automated billing runs
