Strategic Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage multiple projects from start to completion.
- Effective project management including onsite safety and establishing sites in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Responsibility for managing multiple projects with detailed knowledge of project scopes, contracts and time frames.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, meet or exceed project margins, and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure milestones and performance indicators are met, preparation of reports as required.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Engineering/Construction project management role required.
- Sound knowledge of Contract, Specification and Scope of Works.
- Experience in controlling all aspects of the project from start to completion.

- Coordinate procurement activity including subcontractors associated with the delivery of assigned projects.
- Manage defect rectification.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong technical knowledge of Construction and Civils processes, and have the ability to handle multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity.
