Food and Beverage Supervisor - Career Opportunity

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the food and beverage team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve exceptional results
  • Supervise daily operations, including front-of-house management and inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and consistent food and beverage service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including stocktakes and inventory management
  • Assist with staff training and development, as well as rostering and scheduling
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations, actively participating in the development of policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [X] years' experience in a supervisor capacity within a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory control, rostering, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other hospitality management software
  • Current TAS RSA Certificate
