We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Restaurant Management Support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring staff presentation meets expectations, and ordering stock in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach during service periods
  • Training and developing new team members
  • Coaching team members to achieve high performance
  • Ordering stock in line with established guidelines

Requirements for this position include:

  • Experience working in high-end restaurants at management level
  • Prior experience in hotel restaurant environments preferred
  • Formal qualifications in Hospitality or Restaurant Management or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff
  • A current RSA certificate or ability to obtain one
  • Good knowledge of wine
  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
