Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation as part of a team delivering engineering, operations and training services across the asset lifecycle.

As an Asset Integrity Specialist, you will work with clients on asset management and maintenance projects and be supported to identify new opportunities and deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose and cost-effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with customers day-to-day, driving project deliverables and identifying new projects
  • Taking a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes
  • Undertaking reliability, defect elimination and maintenance engineering activities
  • Establishing operating and maintenance philosophies and strategies

Our organization is an Agile entity, valuing approaches that suit the team and the work. You should be comfortable with travel and site work as required.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2–5 years of experience in hydrocarbons, manufacturing, mining environments or heavy industries, demonstrating a track record of delivering quality outcomes to project timelines. Key attributes include:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in maintenance, operations, projects and/or consulting teams
  • Experience with integrity systems, CMMS and/or master data (e.g., Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE)
  • Confidence with degradation mechanism analysis, RBI, maintenance strategies, NDT and/or corrosion engineering
  • A data-driven mindset to drive projects and reporting
  • Demonstrated initiative to identify and extend service opportunities with clients
  • Ability to travel and undertake site work as required
