About the Position:

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front — coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You'll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that's inclusive, energetic, and always on-brand.

What You'll Need:

  1. 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
  2. A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
  3. Passion for fashion, wellness, and our aesthetic
  4. A proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets
  5. Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
  6. A 'Make it Happen' mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
  7. Strong operational, visual merchandising, and customer service skills
  8. Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster
