Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our boutique.

You will lead end-to-end store operations, including customer engagement, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering, and reporting.

We are seeking an experienced retail professional with a passion for fashion, styling, and visual merchandising to join our dynamic team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an assistant store manager or 1-2 years consistent retail experience and a desire for career progression.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Success in managing and growing a VIP customer base, with the ability to proactively communicate with customers about upcoming events and promotions.
  • Confidence in delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers.
  • An abundance of energy, positivity, and the ability to motivate others.
  • A huge passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest trends and the ability to relate to fashion-conscious customers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a team.
  • A love for the industry and the ability to be a proud ambassador.
