F&B Service Expert - Event Operations (Casual Role)

Department:

We are seeking passionate industry professionals to fill various roles in our Food and Beverage team, responsible for providing excellent dining experiences to our guests.

Our F&B Venues include:

Haven Lounge, Garum Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Mini Bar, In Room Dining & Events Operations (Banquets)

We are currently recruiting for roles in our Banquets team.

Requirements:

For our Food and Beverage Expert roles, we are seeking professionals displaying the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in similar positions is advantageous
  • Barista experience is highly regarded
  • High tea service experience is highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends, as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
