Job Title: Operations and Leadership Manager

Job Overview:

Succession Partners is seeking an experienced Property Insurance Team Leader to join their team as an Operations and Leadership Manager in the Underwriting and Administration area.

As the Team Leader of Sales and Retention, you will lead a team of insurance professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the Direct customer portfolio by enhancing new business conversion rates, quality metrics, retention rates, and revenue generation
  • Mentoring and developing staff within your team to foster growth and enhance skill sets.
  • Implementing performance management strategies to optimise team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring KPI's within your team are met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading sales and retention teams within the General Insurance sector (not Life or Health Insurance)
  • 2 + years of experience in Property Insurance, Strata experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Process improvement skills will be highly regarded
  • Experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment, with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding set targets
