Job Overview:

The Quality Control Compliance Executive plays a vital role in driving compliance performance, ensuring metrics are effectively managed and aligned with enterprise-wide frameworks.

This position involves recording and monitoring responses in the Quality Control Process & Policy Breach Tracker, mitigating risks in line with the Optus Risk and Compliance Frameworks.

The role provides insights and reporting to senior leaders, ensuring visibility of compliance gaps and informing strategic decision-making.

Additionally, this position delivers outputs from risk, issue, and incident trackers to meet regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
  • Drive awareness and adoption of compliance metrics across branded retail stores.
  • Partner with Retail Area Managers and Territory Managers nationwide to improve compliance performance.
  • Maintain and update the Quality Control Process & Policy Breach Tracker, addressing compliance gaps.
  • Conduct site inspections and support dispute resolution for Branded Retail Scorecards.
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders, supporting regulatory responses.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' retail telecommunications experience with store management background.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and privacy requirements within telecom operations.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Power BI, Excel, JARVIS, and Pronto systems.
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements through compliance and performance metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
