Key Responsibilities- Contribute to presales efforts with oversight, solving complex problems and making proactive decisions. Mentor team members and coordinate activities for career growth.
- Win business opportunities by selling cybersecurity products, running custom presentations, and maintaining pipeline hygiene to drive revenue growth.
- Position the value proposition and tailor presentations for different audiences. Work towards product specialist depth and contribute to sales strategy, POV success, and technical initiatives.
- Participate in initial meetings, review pipeline, and POV success to drive quota attainment. Identify and communicate deal opportunities and share customer success stories.
- Perform discovery across the product platform to inform POV success criteria. Assist your POD on deal qualification, strategize deals using MEDDPPIC, and generate customer metrics as needed.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and collaboration with internal teams. Provide product depth across all products and pursue breadth in troubleshooting, integrations, and custom setups.
- Gain product depth and breadth, speak at regional marketing events, and obtain cloud certification.
- 3+ years of experience in presales
- Demonstrated pipeline hygiene
- Deep knowledge of security industry products and terminology
- Completed all internal certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
