Project Scheduler Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to support the progress of projects through the One Defence Capability System.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their expertise in project management and control.

The successful candidate will work alongside Commonwealth project team members, developing and maintaining program and project master schedules, including schedule baselines, progress tracking, and Work Breakdown Structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing program and project monitoring and controlling
  • Input into briefs, reports, and documentation using various tools and techniques
  • Risk management activities coordination
  • Undertaking project control activities such as budgeting, change management, forecasting, earned value, and project administration
  • Operational support to project management and facilitating administrative requirements
