Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead our marketing efforts as Chief Marketing Strategist.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine marketing workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee campaign operations, content calendars, and team utilization to support creative ideation and execution.
  • Manage and innovate our marketing platforms, reporting dashboards, and vendor relationships to continuously improve performance.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth. You'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a talented team of marketers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading marketing strategy and planning
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Managing and innovating marketing platforms and processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Leading and mentoring marketing team members

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with team leadership
  • Proven success across paid search, social, email, web, and creative campaigns
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, GA4, and more
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
