As a key member of our team, the Regional Engineering Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintenance of multiple sortation and handling systems at our sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leading a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability and maintenance of our systems.
- Developing and implementing the engineering and maintenance strategy to optimize system availability and reliability.
- Participating in site capital planning to ensure regional capital projects have sufficient engineering support.
- Adhering to scheduled maintenance standards and adopting continuous improvement processes to optimize reliability and system availability.
- Ensuring adherence to our safety policies and procedures, and driving safety improvements through risk assessments and control measures.
**What You'll Bring to the Role:**
- Strong maintenance background with at least 5 years of experience working as a maintenance manager.
- Solid experience leading engineering/maintenance and reliability functions.
- Experience and knowledge in project management, budgeting, controls, and forecasting.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and motivate people.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Qualification within an engineering and/or an electrical discipline.
