Job Description:
Vacancy exists for a Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate strategic and operational outcomes across Education and Registration branch. Key responsibilities include collaborating with regulated entities and internal stakeholders, developing risk-based business plans, implementing compliance monitoring programs, providing leadership and direction to staff, and mentoring team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires strong knowledge of risk-based regulatory practices, demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent organizational awareness, and capacity in written, verbal, and presentation skills. A relevant qualification in public administration or management is desirable. Management experience leading the delivery of risk-based compliance frameworks in registration/licensing in a regulatory environment is required.
