Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Specialist to lead our organisation's compliance and security frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and leading our compliance programs, including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.

As a key member of the team, you will conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify potential threats to the organisation. You will also facilitate third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, and contract compliance.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Commerce, IT, Information Security, Risk Management, Finance).
  • 2 years experience working with compliance frameworks such as:
    • ISO 27001 / 31000
    • NIST CSF
    • PCI-DSS
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer are preferred.
