Our organization seeks a Quality Engineering Manager to lead our team of quality engineers.

About the Role
  • As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products meets the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and tools, test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), and Cloud technologies (preferably AWS).

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in Agile environments and has familiarity with Agile testing practices.

  • You will also be responsible for implementing effective defect tracking and management processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication of issues to stakeholders.

We are open to candidates with relevant certifications such as ITSQB and those who have experience working in data management, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or software testing, covering both on-premise and SaaS products.

Please note that we require applicants to have experience working with off-shore teams based in India.
