Software Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities
Continue to build upon and manage Airlock Digital's Quality Assurance function, including the management of the Quality Assurance team.
Own the metrics for product quality and implement continuous improvement to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
Build upon the Quality Assurance testing framework and methodology, in line with organisational requirements and industry recognised compliance standards such as ISO 27001.
Assess, communicate and allocate as required, triaged defects via level three support.
Lead the design and implementation of Quality Assurance tests to cover functional testing, load, scale, performance etc.
Stay informed about the latest security vulnerabilities and tooling updates, ensuring platform stability and maintainability.
Prepare artefacts for release approval, working with other teams, ensuring quality standards are met prior to release.
Lead Performance and Development Reviews (PDRs) for team members, providing feedback, setting goals, and supporting their professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience working in software project environments.
3+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership, project management or team lead position.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsive to changing business needs.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Great communication skills and the ability to work with issue tracking software such as Jira (essential) and software management tooling such as GIT.
End-to-end testing experience in both functional and system testing – manual and automated.
Experience working with Windows, Linux and macOS.
Experience working with endpoint security products and filter drivers highly desirable.
Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Bitbucket and Postman.
