Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our testing efforts and drive excellence in software development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to shape the QA strategy and contribute to the growth of our team.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans that ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives, develop test cases, and execute automated and manual tests.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Design and maintain test frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with our CI/CD pipeline.
  • Lead the expansion of automation efforts across multiple platforms and languages.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry benchmarks.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on QA leadership.
  • Expertise in testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE), testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud-based infrastructure (GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including test plans, scripts, and results.
