Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse functions.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires proactive leadership and excellent communication skills. As a member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in leading, developing, training, and monitoring team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the coordination of all loadings and un-loadings of goods in the warehouse are correctly managed, to ensure maximum productivity and the achievement of customer's expectations
  • Ensure all allocated warehouse activities are correctly executed
  • Develop and implement an effective traffic management plan to minimize delays and optimize efficiency
  • Provide daily activity and productivity reports to management
  • Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure depot and warehouse operations meet relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate stock controls and ensure safe forklift operations
What You'll Need
  • Industry experience desirable
  • Self-motivation and ability to think laterally to solve logistical conflicts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Forklift license essential, with experience in conventional and reach forklifts
