Job Title: Field Marketing Manager I

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our field marketing strategy for the ANZ region.

  • This is a foundational role that will be responsible for driving the entire demand generation motion to build pipeline and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B field marketing, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to partner closely with Sales leadership in ANZ to ensure alignment and create targeted programs that support their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Sr. Director of International Marketing to adapt and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy for the ANZ region.
  2. Own the regional marketing calendar, managing integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM programs from concept to completion.
  3. Execute lead generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to meet and exceed regional targets for both new business and customer expansion.
  4. Document and report on campaign performance and its impact on pipeline at 3, 6, and 12-month intervals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B field marketing role with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to the ANZ region.
  • A track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue goals (sourced leads, opportunity creation, pipeline influence) and reporting on that impact.

This is a highly collaborative, full-cycle marketing role with a diverse marketing mix, including integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional events.
