About Us

Frontline Hospitality SA & NT is a leading global franchise in the hospitality industry. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in a busy environment.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or supervisor capacity in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Providing training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a management or supervisor capacity in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with staff and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
