Manager, Digital Technology Delivery Job Description

This is a key role in the Enterprise Technology portfolio responsible for the overall delivery of learning space, enabling technology, and core infrastructure initiatives.


The Manager will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners. They will also collaborate with other Digital Technology managers when operational teams are involved in delivery activities.


This role requires proven leadership ability with experience in maintaining a coherent team culture focused on achieving organisational goals.


The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement in developing policies, strategies and innovative business solutions across the delivery management lifecycle.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualification or equivalent relevant experience within an information technology area, ideally in the higher education sector.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills to establish positive working relationships with management and influence internal clients and external organisations.
