
Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled warehouse professional to join our team.
This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy and other records. You will investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues. Additionally, you will locate product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
You will review stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorised substitutes, and other listed information with manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of outbound orders.
It is also your responsibility to review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
In addition, you will operate licenced and non-licenced MHE, including scissor lift to 10m.
Key Skills and Experience:- Experience in operation of inventory systems, procedures and operational practices.
- Experience in planning and executing stocktakes.
- Ability to liaise with customers regarding inventory processes.
- Strong understanding and implementation of safety procedures, product safety, quality, and legality issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem solving and influencing skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS).
- Strong analytical skills.
