We are seeking an entry-level professional with a strong foundation in chemical processes and equipment. As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chemical lines, monitoring process parameters, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining production records.

  • Operate and monitor chemical production equipment, including pumps, valves, reactors, filters, and control systems, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Monitor and test process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on equipment to ensure their proper functioning and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, quantities produced, equipment settings, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in chemical processing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices related to chemical handling and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to perform basic laboratory tests.
