Technical Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure the reliability and performance of our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve system design and reduce manual activity.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions to meet business needs.
- Experience with Linux systems, including coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong networking knowledge, including IP addressing and routing protocols.
- Monitoring experience across systems, applications, and networks.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Cloud architecture or web applications engineering experience.
- Databases performance, replication, and high availability experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical area.
The team is comprised of highly technical engineers tasked with maintaining and developing the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure.
