This role presents an opportunity to contribute significantly to the health and well-being of our community by supporting individuals with injuries or illnesses. As a Rehabilitation and Injury Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating a safe and timely return to duties for ill and injured employees.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Allied Health or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and expertise in workers compensation and injury management. A thorough understanding of injury management principles, combined with experience in managing complex cases, is essential.

Additional requirements include well-developed oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and proficiency in using SolvInjury or similar databases, Health Roster, Stafflink, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in data collection and analysis is also desirable.

In this role, you will provide critical support to Senior Managers and facilitate information and training on occupational rehabilitation and injury management issues. Your proactive approach to case management will be vital in ensuring a durable return to duties for ill and injured employees.

Key Responsibilities:
