The Opportunity

As a Project Support Officer at KBR, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex high profile Defence projects through high-level administrative and operational assistance.

You will work alongside multidisciplinary project teams and key stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of project activities in accordance with Defence standards, frameworks and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and registers.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
  • Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and correspondence management.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Support the monitoring of project budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with procurement, inventory management, and logistics for project-related activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
