Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance on project governance and reporting, operating under a blended Agile approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project governance and reporting tasks;
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to define and manage the delivery of work packages using Scrum and Azure DevOps;
  • Updating project artefacts;
  • Implementing effective change control;
  • SUPPORTING contract managers in establishing new services arrangements;
  • Liaising with business and technical areas to facilitate timely issue resolution;
  • Producing technical and non-technical documentation as required;
  • Managing project resources effectively to deliver outcomes within project timeframes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ICT projects, including advanced knowledge of software development lifecycles. Formal training in Project Management or Agile Scrum methodology is preferred, as well as experience working in an Agile project management practice.
