Reece Group is seeking a motivated Inventory Management Coordinator to support our branch network and help us achieve our goal of being the trades most valuable partner.

We are looking for someone with experience in supply, freight forwarding, and logistics to join our team. As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels across our warehouses for a portfolio of suppliers. You will also manage enquiries from our buyers and suppliers, run daily reporting, and ensure we are meeting all audit requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment, with access to the latest tools and systems to support your success. A great remuneration package including an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate, depending on their level of experience.

Skills and qualifications required for this role include:

  • Experience working in supply, freight forwarding, and logistics
  • Strong organising and planning skills, able to manage time wisely and effectively prioritise multiple competing tasks
  • Understanding of appropriate financial measures and ability to make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel
  • Able to develop strong relationships with diverse range of stakeholders – within Reece and external partners
