**About Us**:
At Damm Fine Food Co., we specialise in delivering exceptional event experiences through meticulous planning, seamless logistics, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dynamic Event Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly from the warehouse to the events.

We are seeking someone who has either worked within the events & catering industry, general hospitality or retail who has the skills to multi-task & problem-solve, and who is highly organised and quick on their feet. This is a great opportunity for a passionate hospitality or retail professional who is looking for their next step into operations management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the bump-in and bump-out stages with meticulous care, upholding our high standards of quality and responsibility.
- Operate our vehicles or hired vehicles to transport and manage the event logistics efficiently.
- Ensure the planning of staff workload and assignment of tasks to staff in a way that maximises resources & event schedules.
- Induct, train and lead logistics & warehouse staff to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Manage inventory & stock levels in collaborations with the Operations team.
- Ensure both venues and warehouses are in immaculate condition.
- Manage the delivery of contracted planned maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R), fire, hydraulic, electrical, vehicles and other maintenance disciplines.
- Oversee the delivery of contracted services for cleaning, hygiene, waste management, pest management and grounds maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in large scale function and events operations or hospitality is favoured.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Licences & Location: A valid driver’s licence is required; Familiarity with the Melbourne Metro Area is preferred.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts, with competitive remuneration.
- Communication Skills: Effective English literacy, with strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Presentation: Good hygiene and self-presentation are essential, with a valid police check and work boots required.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 10kg with ease.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
