Job Title: Senior Geophysical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geophysical Expert to join our team in offshore windfarm projects in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geophysics, with expertise in acquiring, processing, and analyzing near-surface geophysical data.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches in the field of renewable energy.

About the Role:
  • Participate in offshore surveys and responsible for the acquisition of high-quality geophysical data and the documentation of QC logs.
  • Process data by following and optimizing digital workflows to achieve technically robust models.
  • Audit/interpret geophysical, geological, and geotechnical data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and contribute to the development of internal geophysical processes, systems, and techniques.
  • Lead a team, providing advice and guidance to less experienced staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geophysics, Physics, Geology, Geoscience, Engineering, Geomatics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong understanding of geophysical methodologies and ability to assess/interpret geophysical, geological, and geotechnical data.
