We are seeking a highly skilled Product Developer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires creativity, innovative thinking, and strong technical skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our product range, working closely with our design and merchandise teams to meet our strategy targets and 'Go-to-market' calendar.

  • Collaborate with our design team to understand our product vision and community needs
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for new products, features, and enhancements
  • Apply market research, trend analysis, and product testing insights into the development of our product ranges
  • Translate conceptual designs into actionable plans, considering factors such as materials, functionality, and cost
Key Requirements
  • Strong background in activewear fabrics and garment construction techniques
  • Proven track record in product development, offering insights and ideas on how a progressive production team can continue to challenge the norm
  • Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as 3clicks, Style Arcade, Shopify, and Asana
