Job Summary:

Aftersales Team Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Warranty team in optimizing warranty operations across all brands. This role ensures compliance with OEM, distributor, and legal obligations, drives process improvements, and provides strategic support to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a key position that oversees warranty operations, conducts pre-approval and claim adjudication, analyzes warranty data for trends and risks, and ensures best practices in policy application. The successful candidate will also train teams and dealerships on warranty processes, support audits, and maintain reports on compliance and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee warranty operations across multiple brands.
  • Conduct pre-approval and claim adjudication processes.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and risks.
  • Develop and implement best practices in policy application.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to teams and dealerships.
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate reports on compliance and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in an Automotive OEM or Distributor Warranty role.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Consumer Law, federal compliance, and warranty regulations.
  • Expertise in warranty policies, procedures, pre-approvals, and claim processing from both OEM/Distributor and Dealer environments.
  • Experience with OEM/Distributor Warranty Management Systems and Dealer Management Systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting suites is highly desirable.
