Senior Site Operations Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of Condition Monitoring (CM) sites by facilitating communication and process orientation.
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering a superior Customer and Dealer experience by managing deployment expectations, enabling faster process orientation, and guiding a consistent engagement journey.
Key Responsibilities- Site Setup: Ensure all parties understand roles and responsibilities that lead to successful CM service outcomes; facilitate and/or support CM kickoff and transition meetings; provide onsite dealer and customer CM service overview via commercial communication excellence.
- Site Execution Validation: Ensure the site is properly connected and operating to support CM service excellence and avoid negative Customer / Dealer startup experiences; confirm all equipment enrollment requirements and subscriptions.
- Team Capability Enhancement: Collect feedback to improve onboarding and support internal organizations with CM-related projects.
