Claims Consultant

At Fuse Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national insurance brokerage, managing a diverse portfolio of motor, property, and liability claims.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years' experience as a Claims Consultant, with a strong background in claims management, particularly in motor, property, and liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end claims across motor, property, and liabilities portfolios
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Assess and process claims in line with company policies and insurer guidelines
  • Negotiate settlements with insurers to achieve the best possible results for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and reporting standards are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely and effective claims resolution

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years' experience as a Claims Consultant
  • Previous experience in claims management, particularly in motor, property, and liability claims
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex claims scenarios
  • A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple claims efficiently
