We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to manage various administrative tasks related to member insurance, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of administrative duties, including managing life insurance and other related tasks, as well as providing assistance with salary adjustments, updates to member details, and termination processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing all administrative tasks related to life insurance and TBD
  • Handling additional administrative tasks such as salary adjustments, updates to member details, and termination of employment processes
  • Responding to member and employer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, schedules, testing, and systems assurance checks as required
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly while maintaining confidentiality. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are also essential, as is the ability to adapt to varying situations and take on different tasks as required.

Desirable qualifications include RG146 Superannuation certification, although other relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
