About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at Sentral, providing front-line support to our customers in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide software and customer support via various channels, including calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, improving their experience with our products.
  • Investigate and resolve product issues, prioritizing escalated cases with senior support agents.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting, aiming for first-time resolution and meeting established timeframes.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and work within technical support service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote learning, contribute to problem-solving, and drive effective practices.
About You

We're looking for individuals who can make an impact on both the business and our customers through exceptional customer service and shared insights.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer service or software support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a solutions-focused mindset and priority management.
  • Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
