Job Opportunity: Rostering Coordinator

 

About the Role:

This organisation is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Rostering Coordinator. The successful candidate will have experience in rostering and scheduling, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff rostering, coordinating changes and emergency requests in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients and staff over the phone in a professional manner.
  • Entering data into our CRM system for bookings.
  • Rostering and planning to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
  • Handling high call volumes - inbound and outbound.
  • Developing relationships and problem solving skills while displaying empathy.
  • Maintaining documentation and administration work to a high standard.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven rostering and scheduling skills and experience.
  • Understanding of workforce management systems.
  • Experience working in high-volume customer service environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to be professional, empathetic and a team player.
  • Previous experience within the Aged Care or Healthcare industry.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Effective problem solver, good listener, well-organised individual.
