Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in a building, architectural, or engineering field and a proven track record in project management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and programming assistance
  • Tender negotiations, variations, and contract administration support
  • Scope of works analysis and trade breakdowns
  • Drawing register updates and distribution
  • Meeting coordination with subcontractors, teams, and clients
  • Invoice processing
  • Financial management of projects
  • Defects rectification and close-out management
  • EHSQ requirements coordination
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or passion to learn on the job
  • Degree or diploma in a building, architectural, or engineering field
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of project management within the construction industry (fit-out and refurbishment knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiarity with specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
  • Solid knowledge of EHSQ principles
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
