Job Summary

This role is at the heart of supporting engaging and impactful training sessions across all brands.

You will play a key role in assisting experts in delivering training sessions, managing everything from webinar setup and material preparation to post-session follow-up.

  • Setting up and coordinating online and in-person training sessions
  • Hosting and moderating live webinars and workshops
  • Providing real-time technical support to presenters and attendees
  • Managing shared inboxes and phone calls
  • Preparing and checking session materials for accuracy and branding
  • Liaising with trainers, clients, and internal teams
  • Managing post-session activities—editing recordings, issuing CPD certificates, and sharing follow-up resources

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines at once
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Confident communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with webinar platforms, CRMs, LMS, file management systems, and Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will have experience hosting or moderating online sessions and a collaborative mindset.
