Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a part-time medical receptionist 2-3 days a week (days negotiable).
GastroHub Specialist Centre is a successful growing GI specialist practice with four specialists including two gastroenterologists and two surgeons, and one dietitian.
The culture of our practice is a collaborative and happy environment.
We work in a newly completed medical suite inside a medical clinic building, close to cafes, shops, Chatswood Chase and Chatswood Westfield. We are walking distance to public transport hubs near Chatswood station.
**Applicant must have prior medical receptionist experience.**
Skills required include:
1. Excellent phone manners.
2. Ability to work in a team environment.
3. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
4. Dedication to provide an excellent customer service to patients and doctors.
5. Written and spoken English.
6. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
7. Taking phone calls, make bookings, arrange theatre lists, patient confirmation.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- medical secretary: 1 year (preferred)
