Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista All Rounder. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced café environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving various specialty coffee and hot drinks, engaging with customers and team members alike, and using the Point of Sale system to process transactions efficiently. Key skills and experience required include:

  • A positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
  • Confident communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry (minimum 2 years)
