The Role:
As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will provide operational, administrative, and technical support to peers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Retail and internal partners to achieve project objectives, remove friction, and identify operational efficiencies
- Implementing and embedding new processes to improve productivity and system utilization
- Planning and prioritizing initiatives and events aligned with retail operations and customer focus
- Reviewing store operations to identify improvement opportunities and establish benchmarks for store formats
