- Ensure the department is compliant with policies, procedures, including Liquor Licensing, WH&S, and Food Safety.
- Extensive Food and Beverage leadership experience within a high-end venue.
- Ability to identify and drive additional revenue and business opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, people leadership, and team engagement skills.
- Highly organized, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detail.
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol – RMLV/Approved Manager an advantage.
