Mental Health Support Specialist

Join our team delivering acute outpatient care across the Lower Mid North Coast.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mental health assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for adults and their families in an acute outpatient context.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and trauma-informed practice.
- Coordinate care with local services and support transitions from hospital to home, including medication monitoring, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention.
- Contribute to service improvement and professional growth through participation in a 7-day rotating roster.
- Must hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, or Social Work with eligibility or general registration with the relevant professional association.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate is required, as well as a willingness to travel.

- Hours Per Week: 38
