Collaborative Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Collaborative Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality care to adults and their families.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in an acute outpatient setting.
    • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centred care and trauma-informed practice.
    • Coordinate care with local services, facilitating transitions from hospital to home and ensuring continuity of care.
    • Participate in a 7-day rotating roster and contribute to service improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, or Social Work with eligibility or general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or relevant professional association.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate and willingness to travel.
