Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Claims Manager is a key position within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in claim management, including assessment and review of entitlements and payments, as well as effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to gather information and support claimants.
  • Assess aspects of liability and recovery relevant to legislation or policies, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Respond to escalations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
