Remuneration and Benefits
  • $73,427 – $116,038 per annum + superannuation + salary packaging + rural incentives.
  • Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme: up to $10,000 in the first 12 months, plus up to $10,000 each year thereafter.
  • Additional benefits: ADOs for full-time employees, salary packaging options, Fitness Passport, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in social work or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
Additional Information
  • Minimum 18-month commitment to the position. Payments to part-time/contract employees are pro-rata.
  • This is a full-time position; part-time arrangements may be considered.
  • Permanent employment eligibility: Australian citizen or permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with a current NZ passport.
