Senior Infrastructure Delivery Lead

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for overseeing the delivery of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
This involves strategic planning, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Managing design development, procurement, and subcontractor relationships
- Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive monitoring and reporting
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer service
About You:
- 10+ years' experience in civil construction, with recent experience as a Senior PM
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale water/utilities projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and tools
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractors
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desired)
